See the pay before you say yes

Swipe real CDL-A jobs near you. Every job shows weekly pay, home time and the benefits you care about.

  • No recruiter calls unless you match
  • Your minimum pay stays private
  • Every hiring step tracked, so you know where you stand
How it works

A yes from both sides before anyone picks up the phone

Most drivers talk to six to eight fleets at once and get flooded with calls. DriveSwipe flips that. Nobody gets contacted unless both sides said yes.

1

Post your job

Pay, miles, home time, equipment, seat type and benefits. Pick everything that applies. Drivers within 100 miles of your terminals see it.

2

Swipe on qualified drivers

Only drivers with your required endorsements and experience show up. Drivers who already liked your job are marked.

3

Match, message, hire

When you both say yes, message them, order screening, and move them from application to orientation in one pipeline.

Built for the hiring desk

Your whole pipeline on one screen

Recruiters and owners hire from a computer. DriveSwipe gives you a full-width board with every driver's stage, what's waiting on you, and how fast you're replying.

  • Waiting on you shows which drivers need a reply right now.
  • Hiring areas. Add every terminal or yard and set how far out you hire.
  • Applied → background → drug screen → road test → orientation → hired, tracked for every driver.
  • Drivers see their status too, so they don't ghost while they wait.
