Privacy policy
This policy explains what information DriveSwipe collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. "We" means Vandelay Trucking LLC. DriveSwipe connects CDL-A truck drivers with trucking companies.
Information we collect

We use the cities you enter to estimate distances between drivers and terminals. We don't track your device's location. We also collect basic device and usage information, such as app version, device type and crash reports, to keep DriveSwipe working.
How we use it
- To show drivers jobs they qualify for near them, and employers drivers who qualify near their terminals.
- To rank jobs for drivers. Your minimum weekly pay is used only for this and is never shown to employers.
- To let drivers and employers message each other after both say yes, and to track hiring steps.
- To send notifications you've allowed, such as new matches and messages.
- To keep DriveSwipe safe, prevent fraud and fix problems.
Who we share it with
- Employers. Employers whose requirements a driver meets can see that driver's profile and home city, except minimum weekly pay. With Confidential mode on, only employers whose jobs the driver liked can see it. Contact details and uploaded documents are shared only after a match.
- Service providers that host our data, send messages and notifications, or provide support, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- When required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not sell or share driver contact details as leads.
Background checks and drug screens
DriveSwipe does not order background checks or drug screens. Employers order those through their own screening providers, and you sign any authorization directly with the employer.
Your choices
- Edit or remove your profile information in the app at any time.
- Turn on Confidential mode or choose how employers may contact you after a match.
- Delete your account and data. See Delete your account.
- California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information by emailing us.
Data retention and security
We keep your information while your account is open and delete it when you delete your account, except records we must keep by law. We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data.
Children
DriveSwipe is for adults and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app.
